在明确界定位置服务平台含义的基础上，分析了我国电信运营商位置服务平台建设中存在的问题，提出了基于SOA架构构建位置服务平台模型的思路，并运用ESB集成框架及Web Service技术进行设计和实现，以期为位置服务业务的推广起到促进作用。
Abstract:
It firstly provides a clear definition about the location-based services platform, analyzes the existing problems on the construction of location-based services platform of telecommunication operators. It gives the considerations on the design of the location-based service platform model based on SOA. The model is constructed with ESB integration framework and web service technology, to promote the location-based services.
