主要讨论了GSM网中利用他网运营商的无线覆盖实现本网用户通信服务的2种方案，并通过对移动通信各个流程的技术分析对2种方案进行了对比，从而为国内通信运营商在边远地区合作实现移动通信覆盖提供借鉴。
Abstract:
It discusses two solutions on achieving the operator’s wireless communications services in GSM network by using wireless network coverage of other carriers. The two solutions are compared by analyzing the technical process in mobile communication，and provides reference for the mobile communication coverage cooperation in remote area.
