摘要:
提出了一种全新方案来解决预付费用户国际漫游难题，即采用双账户和智能网国际漫游业务功能相结合的方式。该方案在国内首例采用营账系统与智能网系统结合的双账户模式，并率先在智能网系统中进行了国际漫游业务逻辑改造，采用国际VLR数据表方法进行实施。
Abstract:
A new solution is provided to solve the problems of prepaid service users during the international roaming. Double accounts method which pre-paid account combining with post-paid international account is used for the first time in China. The calling logic of intelligent network is improved to adjust international roaming service. Foreign VLR Number is used in the improvement.
