通过对WCDMA网络中各种业务特性和用户需求的分析，指出了如何在WCDMA中采用QoS机制降低运营成本并提高终端用户的满意度，给出了差异化QoS的实现方案。
Abstract:
It firstly analyzes the service characteristics in WCDMA network and user requirements, gives the methods on decreasing operation cost with QoS mechanism and improves the satisfaction of terminal users, finally gives the implementation scheme of differentiation service.
