阐述了UTRAN随着无线数据业务应用不断扩大的发展过程、IP UTRAN特点，详细比较了SDH、MSTP和PTN 3种IP UTRAN传输网组网方案的优缺点，提出了建设IP UTRAN传输网技术选择的建议。
Abstract:
It discusses the development of UTRAN with wireless data service application expansion and the characteristics of IP UTRAN. It also compares the advantages and disadvantages of networking solution of SDH, MSTP and PTN. Finally it gives suggestions on the selection of technology on constructing IP UTRAN transmission network.
